On 23 Jan 2026, North Stawell Minerals discovered high-grade mineralisation at depth in the Darlington Project in Victoria, Australia. Assays from diamond drilling showed intercepts with visible gold, VG 1, and brecciated quartz-sulphide veins with grades up to 82.3 g/t Au. The mineralisation is similar to the historic Mariners Lode at Stawell, suggesting potential for a larger, coherent mineralised deposit. Further exploration is planned to understand and develop the target.
