MISSISSAUGA, ON, Nov. 14, 2025 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of $0.06583 per unit for the month of November 2025.  The distribution will be payable on December 15, 2025 to unitholders of record as at November 28, 2025.
