Mithril Silver and Gold Limited (Company) ( ASX:MTH; TSXV:MSG ) announces the retirement of Non-Executive Directors Garry Thomas and Stephen Layton with effect from 30 June 2025.

Company Chair, Craig Sharpe, stated, “it is with both gratitude and admiration that we announce the retirement of Garry Thomas and Stephen Layton who have been senior Board members since the 2020 transformation of Mithril Silver and Gold to its current Mexico precious metals focus.
