Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - March 4, 2025: Solid Impact Investments Corp. (TSX-V: SOLI.P) (“ Solid ” or the “ Company ”) announces that it terminated the definitive agreement with BBG Metals Corp. (“ BBG ”) and 1516563 B.C. Ltd. (“ Subco ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solid, dated December 18 , 2024 (the “ Amalgamation Agreement ”), effective as of March 1, 2025, as the amalgamation was not completed by the completion deadline, being February 28, 2025.
The Company will continue to pursue and evaluate other businesses and assets with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction (as such term is defined in Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “ Exchange ”)) and will make further announcements with respect to these efforts as soon as practically possible. In the interim, the Company will apply to the Exchange to reinstate trading of the Company’s common shares.
