Mr. Feng is currently the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Tincorp Metals Incorporated (“Tincorp”) ( www.tincorp.com ) which is listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V: TIN). Tincorp is a mineral exploration company with polymetallic projects in Bolivia and a gold project in Yukon, Canada.
Mr. Feng’s appointment to Pambili’s Board of Directors underscores the Company’s commitment to building a professional leadership team capable of delivering the desired results for its stakeholders.
