February 24 th , 2025 – Muskoka, Ontario – TheNewswire - Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) (“ Steadright ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire 18 mineral claims known of the RAM WEST near Port Cartier, Quebec with 12162407 Canada Inc. for consideration of 3,500,000 common shares of Steadright Critical Minerals.

The Ram West claim group has exploration potential for copper-cobalt-nickel below  these claims and is in close proximity to the RAM option claims.

Mapping and regional magnetic data in 3d, appears that the magnetic anomaly associated with the RAM anorthositic complex extends under the 18 claims as shown in Figures 3, 4.
