CALGARY, AB , Feb. 18, 2025 /CNW/ - Surge Energy Inc. ("Surge" or the "Company") (TSX: SGY) confirms that a cash dividend to be paid on March 17, 2025 , in respect of February 2025 production, for the shareholders of record on February 28, 2025 , will be $0.043333 per share.

The dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act ( Canada ).
